Hi, I’m Lacey — writer, creative strategist, and consultant helping people and brands bring their next chapter to life through story, strategy, and soul.
My work lives at the intersection of creativity, leadership, and transformation. I help founders, artists, and organizations evolve what they’ve built, clarify what’s next, and express it with authenticity and depth. It’s equal parts strategy and self-work — because meaningful growth happens when both align.
Over the last decade, I’ve supported thousands of creatives, entrepreneurs, and change-makers through seasons of growth, reinvention, and return. From designing programs that helped hundreds launch creative businesses to leading national campaigns for global brands, I’ve spent years building spaces where transformation feels both possible and sustainable.
My approach blends mindset, ritual, and strategy with the practical tools of storytelling and marketing. It’s built on real-world experience, not hype or hustle. I care about helping people feel like themselves again — and then build lives, work, and creative projects that actually reflect that truth.

I’m also the author of The Rebirth Rituals and the creator of The Ritual Room — a creative membership and living library of guided rituals, meditations, and self-paced programs designed to help individuals reconnect with their rhythm, confidence, and creativity.
When I’m not consulting, writing, or teaching, I’m living a slower life in Ontario with my partner, his two teenage daughters, our boxer Sydney, and three cats (Lana, Styles, and Stella). You’ll usually find me spending time with friends, doing witchy things, wandering in nature, or getting my hands into something creative.
These days, I’m less interested in doing it all and more devoted to doing what matters—with depth, discernment, and creative integrity.
