Day 5 - Rooting into Trust
Rebuild your foundation—your intuition already knows the way forward [Guided Meditation + Journal Prompts + Embodiment Rituals + Playlists]

"Trust yourself. You know more than you think you do." — Benjamin Spock
Self-trust is the foundation of empowerment. Without it, we feel scattered, uncertain, and disconnected from ourselves. Today, we reconnect with the quiet, steady voice inside—the one that already knows what we need, even when the outside world feels noisy or overwhelming.
I remember a time when my decisions felt tangled in fear—fear of failure, fear of judgment, fear of getting it wrong. I didn’t realize how much I was outsourcing my choices, second-guessing myself at every turn. Rebuilding trust with myself didn’t happen overnight. It began with small, brave moments—like saying no when something didn’t feel right or following a quiet nudge that led to a “yes” that changed everything. Each time I chose my intuition, it grew stronger. And so did I.
This is your invitation to return to that part of you that knows. You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need to trust the next step.

Guided Ritual: Building Self-Trust
Take 15 minutes for this guided exercise to reconnect with your inner knowing. This practice will gently guide you to reflect on moments of trust in your past and invite your intuition forward. You will be reminded of the powerful roots that are within you and able to center and ground you through anything.
