"The most powerful words in English are 'I am.' What you put after them shapes your reality." — Unknown

Today, we begin the process of recognizing and releasing the voices that have shaped us but no longer serve us. These voices might come from our upbringing, our culture, or past experiences—echoes of other people’s opinions, fears, or judgments that we’ve internalized as our own.

I remember the first time I truly sat with this practice. I realized that some of the harshest words I spoke to myself weren’t even mine—they belonged to parents, teachers, old relationships, or moments of failure that had lodged themselves in my mind. For years, I let those voices dictate what I believed I was capable of. It wasn’t until I paused and asked, “Whose voice is that?” that I began to peel those layers back. I replaced them, slowly but surely, with my own voice—one of truth, self-compassion, and possibility.

This day is about reclaiming your inner narrative. You get to decide what you believe and how you speak to yourself moving forward. Let this be the day you choose to let go of the noise.

Guided Ritual: EFT Tapping Session

This EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping session will help you release limiting beliefs and rewire your inner narrative. EFT combines gentle tapping on energetic meridian points with spoken affirmations to address emotional blocks and clear them from your system.
