"Wealth is the ability to fully experience life." — Henry David Thoreau

Money is more than numbers—it’s energy, and the stories we tell ourselves about it can either open or restrict its flow. Many of our money beliefs aren’t ours to begin with; they’re inherited, learned, or absorbed over time. Today’s focus is on identifying those limiting beliefs, loosening their grip, and creating space for a healthier, more expansive relationship with money and receiving.

When I first started this work, I realized how much weight I carried around money: stories about scarcity, unworthiness, and guilt. It felt like a knot in my body—tight, anxious, and unmoving. This practice became a way to move that energy, to dislodge the beliefs that weren’t mine to hold and create a new story. By combining EFT tapping and embodiment rituals, I discovered that shifting my relationship with money wasn’t just about my mindset—it was about how I felt in my body. It’s an ongoing practice, but each time I return to it, I feel more freedom, ease, and flow.

Today, let’s dislodge what’s stuck and invite in a new story—one that feels expansive, empowering, and joyful.
